colorReady

The color resource id to apply to the notification when the instance of TorRuntime is in an operative state (i.e. bootstrapped & network enabled).

Set to a value less than 1 to disable.

NOTE: This setting will override whatever may be declared in your application theme for R.attr.kmp_tor_ui_color_ready.

Default: 0 (disabled), unless this BuilderScope is a result of Config.newConfig, then whatever Config.colorReady is.
